iTunes is great, but only when it works right. I usually use it for my iPhone but it ALWAYS screws it up. I constantly loose things on my phone because it dosent "sync" right. it always has errors and whenever I update it takes everything off and can't put it back on. It's very agravating. When you plug it in it forces you to update it practically and then it has like 20 errors and then it takes about two hours to fully complete the updating process. Then, you have to go through all the time to put all the things back on, but only if it stored it right.
it'd be great if I could use something else than iTunes, but I don't have a choice.
itunes, actually sucks.
In summary, I would not recommend iTunes to a friend.
