6 days ago joined and paid to download a 16 bit FLAC album and 1 24 bit FLAC song. Payment processed by PayPal. Received confirmation from 7digital on email. No downloads anywhere in evidence. Have sent 2 messages to customer care who will “endeavour to contact you within 2 working days” has been 6 days so far and no response. Give me the tracks or a refund and I shall go elsewhere. I have used Qobuz, HDTracks and Prostidiomasters before with no similar problems or shoddy customer service.
In summary, I would not recommend 7 Digital to a friend.
